Michael Vick & Pat Scioli

Thanks to Row Home Magazine, I was able to meet and photograph the Eagles quarterback, Michael Vick, as well as Pat Scioli, the personal tailor for the Philadelphia Eagles, who has a store located on East Passyunk Avenue in Philadelphia. Pat does a lot of  sports celebrities custom suits for their black tie affairs. What a great experience and honor it was to photograph them.

Christmas Cotter

Fortunately, I got a chance to meet Christmas Cotter, a fourteen year old future violinist. Her mother, Denise Cotter, wanted a special portrait of her daughter with her violin. This is the image that I created for her.

The date was January 23, 2010.  It was just one of the few random Saturdays a photographer off.  So as the story goes, I was sitting in the studio with a newly engaged couple – discussing their plans for a beautiful wedding – when the phone began to ring.  It was one of our ardent partners looking for us to help with the unthinkable… the photographer never showed up for a friends’ wedding and they were asking if we could get someone there asap!

Well – we did!  And what a day we had!

Erin & Matt were married at St. John Chrysostom in Media, then off to the Mendenhall Inn for the reception.

Another kiss?!

Once again I was honored to be chosen as the official photographer for the National Association of Catering Executives National Convention for a second consecutive year.  Spanning four days, this event always proves to be exciting, while being educational at the same time.  Wedding and event professionals from across the country attend in the hundreds in order to stay up to date with all of the newest trends.  The pleasantness of all the attendees matched only by North Carolina’s own legendary Southern hospitality.  The fresh design and style ideas for 2010 were amazing, and I can’t wait to have the opportunity to photograph them in coming events.

Carrie and Scott are getting married on September 26, 2009 and will be having their wedding reception at the Water Club in the Borgatta in Atlantic City, NJ.  Old City Philadelphia has a special meaning to Carrie and Scott, who met there at the Continental restaurant.  Because of how important Old City is to them, they have decided to commemorate their engagement with photos from around the city.  As you can see, they are extremely photogenic and I am very excited to be capturing their wedding day for them.
